Registration form to the event
All demographic information requested in our registration form (such as: name, surname, document number, date of birth and gender) are required to validate if the athlete meets the organization's requirements for athletes under 18 years of age of age and individualize the athlete in the event.
Your email address is necessary to send you automatic notifications from our website or mailing list such as: registration confirmations, payment confirmations and data updates.
Location information such as address, department, state or province, city and zip code are required to be used by our local and international payment gateway and validate them along with your credit or debit card in our systems and, thus, avoid financial fraud.
Information directly related to you such as: blood group, allergies, names and telephone numbers for emergency contacts are requested in case of any eventuality during the course of the event and while your competition lasts and helps us to maximize and provide you with the necessary security measures to our athletes.
T-shirt size and distance allows us to clarify it within the event and offer the necessary clothing to use during the competition.
Subscription to our mailing list
Our mailing list allows us to send you news about the event eventually and according to our requirements. Your name and surname are necessary to send me personalized notifications to your email address (also provided on this form).
Information we share
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Ultra-Trail® Guaraní unless one of the following circumstances applies:
